Send a takedown notice

Email support@joinflock.network with the subject "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include:

1. Your full legal name, address, phone, and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you own.
3. The exact URL(s) on Flock of the infringing content.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact info, the removed material's location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated in accordance with our policy.
